    Mich hat schon immer der Moment zwischen der Ciaccona und dem Anfang der C-Dur Sonate fasziniert–der Totentanz als Abschluss des Irdischen und das C-Dur Adagio als Übergang in eine andere Welt. Die Kurtág-Stücke aus der Sammlung Signs, Games and Messages sind auf ihre Ausdrucksessenz reduzierte Miniaturen.
